Naturalist disinherits hostile relatives

After serious consideration of what my brother and his daughter did to me, and the fact that no apology is on the horizon, I decided to disinherit Carl Gregory Lynch and Sharon L. Crenson. In order to make this official I prepared a Revocation of Kinship such that they cannot receive any benefit from my estate. My mother already gave me all her personal and real property as her way of changing her Last Will and Testament. My Revocation of Kinship goes a step further in making it clearly known that I dissolve all association with these hostile relatives such that they may not have any further legal power with respect to my life.

This Revocation of Kinship is a document I drafter and prepared myself, having it officially notarized. I have published a copy on the Internet that a record will be made and will file a copy with the Judge of Probate in Montgomery County. I figure this is a good way to let everyone know that I no longer regard these hostile relatives as kin. It is the only way I know to legally divorce myself of them. After all, they made my mother a ward of the State of Alabama, kidnapped my brother, Larry, against his will and took him out-of-state using force, and then tried to have me committed to give them time to do this evil deed. The only reasonable and logical act is for me to forever disassociated myself from them and to make this known. This is also the most honorable act.

Thus I do not consider Carl Gregory Lynch or Sharon L. Crenson to be relatives. They have been disinherited and shall no longer be part of my life. Whatever is in my future it shall not include these two people. As a great warrior once said, "Victory will only come when our bridges are burnt and the enemy is left unable to follow our march forward." This Revocation of Kinship is a symbolic burning of bridges, a slivering of ties, between me and those who have hurt and harmed me, my mother and my brother, Larry. It is like what Hernando Cortez did when he burnt his own ships to prevent any return of his Spanish troops and make the conquest of the Aztec in Mexico the only option. Thus I burn my ships and sever all ties with those who have dishonored my mother. My future, whatsoever it be, shall not include these evil souls.
